I also have a Blueyonder account that I want to delete following a password compromise. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.
Regarding the blueyonder email address you want deleting, can we ask if its an additional one or was it the primary one you first set up?
If it's the latter and its still linked to an active broadband account we can't delete this.
You mentioned it's been compromised you can have a look here
If the blueyonder is an additional email account then can you follow the steps below once you are signed into your online account.
Once logged in click on Account Settings then Account details. Scroll down the screen until you get to Manage other My Virgin Media accounts, click on that option then hit delete next to the secondary account that you no longer want.
