Hi all,
I have a very stressed mother-in-law who can't access her ntlworld email sub account. It looks like it's been hacked (contact list receiving classic "hijacked email account" emails like "do you use Amazon?"). We need to change the passwords across the board. She is still a VM customer. When we try to do this online we are asked to verify that we are who we are...but doesn't allow entering ntlworld emails. In fact it tries to change your email to the email you thought was being used to receive verification. Very confusing.
Can some kind soul help us in changing the password?
