Hi, my ntlworld email, which I have had for over 20 year has been hacked
I need to change the password as I wish to keep it.
Currently I do not have a Virgin Media account.
Please can someone advise what I need to do.

Hi, is anyone from the Forum Team able to help? Please contact me, the persom who has hacked me is using my email for all kinds of things. I don't want to block the email I just need to reset it. Thanks.
