We have several secondary email accounts but one has disappeared, it’s still active but we can’t access it. We have tried forgot password but it says to enter the main account email address but that’s not the password we want to reset. This is all very frustrating as we’ve had the email address a long time a need access to it. Any ideas how to get into it or even where to try and sign in?
