Have got myself in a real pickle. This morning I noticed that I couldn’t send emails from my ntlworld. account on my iPad and iPhone. I followed online advice, deleting then trying to re-add the account but I was ‘told’ to generate a new app password using another email address. Have done this but now I have no access to any of my emails. Please help.
