I am really stuck. I was locked out of my secondary email account suddenly about 10 days ago and I can see from other posts I am not alone with this problem! I followed all Virgin Media's instructions carefully on how to resolve the problem and registered an alternative email address and a new PW - and now find both of those are rejected as not recognised with the added annoyance that now my original secondary email address is also not recognised. Neither can we find a way to fix this in the primary account holder's settings which VM suggest as a solution. This my main email account and goodness knows how many emails have been rejected or are left unreplied to in the interim.
How do I get out of this spiral? Has anyone been able to resolve this issue themselves without intervention by the VM team? If not, please can the Virgin Media team help!! Thank you 🙂
