I have 3 old ntlworld email addresses that I would like deleting please. They are not linked to my current Virginmedia account so can't do it there. I have tried to log into the old account but my password does not work.

Thank you very much Nektar for supplying those details.
It makes our jobs a lot easier from here.
I have raised this with our 2nd line support team to remove the emails for you.
It can take around 10 days for the emails to be deleted, however it is always a lot quicker than that.
As soon as I get confirmation, I can pop back on here and let you know.
You can also check to see if they are active yourself here if you wish to do so.

We will be able to get the 3 former email address deleted for you from here.
As we have no account information, we will need to send you a private message first to take the relevant details.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

Yes, the email accounts are still shown as 'deliverable' and I still get spam to them!
