For the past two weeks I've been able to access and sent emails as usual on my iPhone but I'm unable to access emails on my PC as my account's been 'locked'.

When I try to change the password none of my choices are 'strong' enough!

I have large files and pics that I need to access on my PC through my email address but I'm getting nowhere.

Please access my account and enable me to engage with my emails as I was doing for about four years...

VM email is a mess. If you have an Apple mail account I'd advise you to use that instead.
