I have not been a VM customer for over 6 months and, as expected, I can no longer access my blueyonder email. However the email account is still active and people are sending emails to it, not knowing that I can't access them. Please advise how I can get the email account fully deleted. Thanks.

The VM Mods should be able to arrange this for you. I had this done several months ago, took about 10 days to remove all my redundant mailboxes. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss directly with you.
