I have also had my virgin.net email account closed. I have had that email address for over 25 years.
I have always had a virgin account and I still have an active virgin account, but if this isn’t sorted out and I can not get access back to my virgin.net email, then I see no reason to continue with virgin.

Like most people, I received an email saying my Virgin.net email was going to be closed because I didn’t have a Virgin account. There wasn’t an option to reply or question it.
But I do have a Virgin account and I have another email address .virginmedia.com.
But I have had my virgin.net email address for almost 24 years and everything, social media, medical, personal and online services are all linked to that email and it’s always worked, because I’ve always been a loyal customer with Virgin, but if I now have to change all my links for that address to another one, then I don’t see why I should stay with Virgin anymore…..
