I am a Virgin Media customer and virgin are closing my family email accounts

I am a Virgin Media customer but have received a closure notice on my 3 email addresses. If they delete the email addresses I will cancel my existing subscription for sure. How can I link my Virgin.net email addresses to my account?

In the event virginmedia do close your virgin .net Email when you are still a customer with virginmedia_02 . You

should remind them if you have virginmedia or virginmedia_02 account . As you have every right to cancel mobile,broadband or TV . If you get such poor service.

Sadly if my own is cancelled i will be doing just that.

Come on virginmedia_02 remember to treat your loyal customers a bit better when you still have them

Tried calling the number on the email for the last few days but needless to say so is everyone else, so unable to get through. What a farce 😞
