Every 3 to 4 weeks I get locked out of my email account on the Virgin Media Website.
I create new email app passwords ok and can get back into my emails ok. However this means I have to change my passwords on my email apps every time.
As I have 5 passwords to update every time, this is a real pain with having to do this every 3-4 weeks. Surely I shouldn't hsve to update my email app passwords so frequently?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the email issue.
I'd advise running malware scans on all devices and then changing the password to something new never used before for the My Virgin Media account.
