Getting new password for additional virgin mail account when password forgotten

I have 3 email accounts with Virgin, 2 of them are working with the new Outlook 365 email but my one isn't because i've forgotten the password, so when I try to sync my IMAP account I cannot get past the pop-up sign in page. I would like to be able to click on a "forgotten password" type link for this email account. Please advise. Many thanks.

@NPass Having reset the My VM account password for the email address have you also gone through the process of generating an app password for the account as this is needed for MS Outlook?

Hi Matthew (and Graham). I've reset my password but still no joy with syncing my IMAP account, when I use the email address & password it doesn't recognise it. See message below:

Hi Graham. I'll give this a try tomorrow, wasn't sure if I needed to do this. 

Keep us posted on how you get on with generating a new app password @NPass There are some steps here on how you can manage your email and generate an app password. 

If you're still having any issues we can assist further here should you need.

Before I try following the instructions, can you confirm whether I need to generate a new app password? I am still getting emails on my phone, just not on the laptop.

Given you've forgotten the password, you'll need to generate new app password.

Please let us know how you get on. You'll need to refer to the section entitled "How to set an app password to use an email app" on the link provided.
