Forgotten password, Reset email doesn't arrive.

I've forgotten the password for the account, I've clicked on Forgotten password and get a message saying Reminder sent to that email address.  It never arrives, I tried to do this several time, and nothing arrives in the email, I checked spam, junk, bin and recycle.

I've emailed the account from another email and that is received so I know it is live.
