Thanks for posting in regards to updating the password for your wife's email account. If you follow these steps they should allow you to reset this:
• Sign in to My Virgin Media
• Go to Account settings, then Account details
• Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
• Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
• Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
• Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
roland-rat Just to clarify the advice from Robert_P - you will need to sign into the My Virgin Media account for your wife's ntlworld email address not your primary account. Without knowing the password you won't be able to do this so you will have to follow the forgotten password route. If this fails at the security questions section then you will need further assistance from the VM Forum Team.
