Email verification link always expired

Hi,

I am trying to set up my virgin media account but every email verification link I have been sent has been expired. Could someone assist me with this please?

Are you using a sub-address, i.e. john.smith+virginmedia@ gmail.com where bold text highlights sub-address?

  • Yes, then this is the cause and to resolve do not use sub-addressing
  • No, post back here to have issue flagged to the forum team
