Email reactivation after deletion

Recently I deleted my Blueyonder email account as it has not been used in the last 10 years. However, the process I followed on the VM website did not indicate that it would also delete other email accounts associated with the main account holder. A secondary account, that was being used by another family member, now needs to be reinstated. Can you assist in getting these email accounts reinstated? Thanks.

Do you still have an active VM account for any of these mail boxes? 

VM "should" delete them within 90 days of leaving VM, however that has not always been the case and has caused some problems down the line.

@KSM62  Blueyonder email addresses were capable of having an alias email set up which just shared the same inbox as the parent account.  Is is possible that the email address the family member was using was an alias rather than a secondary account?

Our household had two Blueyonder email accounts set up shortly after moving from the Telewest days. I have no idea how they were set up back then. Because I have never really used my Blueyonder email, I missed VM's communications about my contract renewal. Therefore, I deleted it and changed it to an Outlook email address so that I would not miss future communications from VM. I thought I was updating my contact details. There was nothing to suggest that all email accounts would be shut down. I am loathed to call VM as it always takes half a day to sort a problem and I can never understand what is being spoken.
