Email problem is not resolved for me unfortunately.

I’m sorry but my email issue has not been resolved. It appeared briefly (not sure how) I thought it was fixed. Unfortunately, it isn’t . Doesn’t accept login.

@ChiaMusique I believe that you wrote in another post that you had changed the username for your email address to a third party email.  You will now need to use the new username along with the VM account password to sign into VM webmail or your My Virgin media account.

Mine was resolved over the phone yesterday so I could access my emails but same problem again today and I have been round in so many circles I seem to have tied it all up knots!
