email problem

following recent area work, I have problems with email. My VirginMedia.com isnt showing when i log in via myvirginmedia and my ntlworld.com comes up but its not showing anything in the inbox, spam shows up and items coming to my inbox are autoforwarded to my gmail address, but dont show in inbox.I have reb0oted the router and cleared browser cashes

on my ipad, i get VirginMedia.com emails but @ntlmail not showing anything in the inbox but spam is delivered  on

account number is removed

any help appreciated

    although i can access my email accounts, all the folders are ok but the inbox is not displaying received emails, spam gets through. If i send an email to my ntlworld.com email from a gmail account, it doesnt appear in the inbox. I have auto forward from my ntlworld.com email to my gmail and this appears to work showing that the ntlworld emails get through. Has anybody had a similar problem

    Inbox not showing received emails in inbox when using webmail access

    Due to a previous issue, i was given a Primary account log in and a separate one to access the webmails. The issue was due to email info in the primary account not having the keep copy box checked. ticking that box in the autoforward details resolved the issue with the email account not showing anything in the inbox

    Hope this helps anyone with a similar problem
