Hi,
I have an email address which is the prime one used for my account.
I can log into my account with it but cannot use it for email (sending/receiving). It’s like it doesn’t exist.
Any ideas?

Sorry t hear you are not able to send/receive emails.
Can you view your email box when you log into your online account?
Have you checked to see if the storage limit is full?

I have more changed the main account to an email that is not a virgin media one.
l reckon the old one was deleted by Virgin

Just a thought: it sounds as if you have changed the user name of your VM account to a non VM email address which is fine. However it does mean that in order to sign into your VM webmail account you have to enter your non VM email address as the username in the sign in screen rather than your VM email address.
Once you have accessed the webmail account it will show your VM email account and address as it always did. .
