My email account with VM was due to be terminated by VM on 8th Nov 2024
as part of their general removal of accounts. I have no idea whether this has happened.
I have to say that VM are almost impossible to communicate with.

A quick way to check that is to send a test email to that email account from your new email account.
If ithe old account has been deleted the VM email server will respond with an error message saying that the email could not be delivered.

We're sorry to hear you're feeling like we're difficult to get hold of. I can see you've posted twice on the Community and we've replied to you both time but you've never come back to us.
In order to check if the email is active, please follow the advice given to you by coenoby. If you get the undeliverable message, this will mean the email address has been deleted and no longer exists.

I have tried a test email to my old email address on several occasions but do not
get an error message. I presume that my old email is still active and the hacker has control
of it.
