For some unknown reason I am unable to access my emails on iPad.
it says no password provided for blueyonder.co.uk but when I go to settings I cannot find an option to amend\create new password??
also, my virgin webmail is locked, so cannot access emails via that route?
are these issues linked??
if anyone is able to help, please email [REMOVED]@me.com as I am obviously unable to access emails via this forum.

I'd suggest you remove your private email from this public forum.
Is your blueyonder email linked to a current Virginmedia broadband account?
