One of the secondary email addresses is not being recognised to log in to either my virgin media or virgin media mail
When have logged in to the primary account and looked at the email addresses the email is not showing there but a work email address which has nothing to do with the account is showing there for some reason.
The email address is an @ntlworld.com and i am trying to get it setup on a new laptop.so need to generate a password for outlook for it.
the email address is still working as i get and can send emails from it on phone
