I left VM several years ago but my @blueyonder .co.uk address has not been deleted. I am receiving phishing mails and I believe it has been hacked. How do I have it deleted please?

I also have a similar problem with two blueyonder email accounts. I left Virgin eighteen plus months ago and tried on three occasions via the WhatsApp system to get these accounts cancelled as it hadn't happened after 90 days as I was informed it would be. I was told it will take a week but it would be sorted. Didn't happen. I have re-joined Virgin recently and sent the complaints department a letter to try and resolve. They side stepped the information and said I need to speak to the technical section. Back to WhatsApp last week  got a helpful different response. The email addresses would be added to my new account then I could remove the forwarding or cancel the email accounts. It will take 48 hours. Six days later and once again nothing has happened. No access to the accounts and I am still receiving Scam and phishing emails. I am now hoping the Moderator can resolve this as spending another hour on WhatsApp repeating myself with no result is not where I want to be.

When I requested this the Mods here were extremely helpful.  It took about 10 days to get my 4 ntlworld mailboxes deleted.  The whole process went very smoothly.

I was hoping that somebody would have picked up on my post regarding the same issue with old Blueyonder email addresses.
