Hi - I've tried logging into my Virgin (virginmedia.com) email from France with saved email address and password but it tells me either my email address or password are incorrect. I've checked and they are correct. What might be the issue? Thanks

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the E-Mail account.
Can you please confirm if this E-Mail address is connected to an active subscription with Virgin Media?

Hi David - yes it is. We have a current Virgin Media broadband subscription. Mine is the secondary email address, my wife's is the primary one (she too is having access issues from her laptop to her Virgin email). We wonder if it's due to being overseas. Do you need any account details etc? Can we send securely?
