Morning,
I saw yesterday that there were a lot of people having issues with VM's mail servers.That issue seems to be carrying on this morning.I tried sending myself an email from another account,but it was VERY slow to arrive.I'm missing emails from Amazon from yesterday,and from estimation lots of other emails as well.
"Anybody still having the same issues this morning?"

I really dont understand WHY VM aren't acknowledging this issue,and to provide people with an answer,and/or resolution!
I can normally set my clock to when certain emails will arrive into my Virgin Media,before bouncing into Gmail.
But emails such as Amazon order confirmation emails,and other similarly important corespondence simply isn't dropping into my @ntlworld.com account.

All you need to understand with Virgin now is they dont care about you, just look at the Ofcom investigation they are going through

Are you guys going to suck it and see,or will you be setting up new email accounts elsewhere?
(by now I should have at least a dozen emails normally,as of right now I've received just ONE)

You must have a non VM email address now for your main VM account.
Use that instead, and start moving your contacts across now.

I have been unable to play a game for 2 days because either the email with the verification code takes so long to arrive the verification time limit is up or the email doesn’t arrive at all. My other login for the same game works because it’s a gmail address.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your email at this time.
Do you find that the issue only affects certain emails coming into you? Like, are you okay receiving emails from gmail accounts but seems like it's online affecting yahoo email addresses?
Do you see any error messages when you sent the email to yourself?

I quite agree, Zammie21. Emails have been slow to arrive for getting on for a week now. An Amazon order confirmation email was sent at 09:48 but processed by VM at 16:28. Another email was sent Friday at 18:14 but processed by VM at 15:21 on Saturday. Come on VM, please do something to fix the problem.
