Hi
I had an issue some months ago where I couldn't even access the Email Filters. VM finally resolved it but it took them about a week to sort.
I have tried all sorts of filters but none of them seen to work.
Just possibly had a EUREKA moment and have now, this minute whilst typing this thread, selected "Turn off all Spam Filtering" in SPAM SETTINGS (Penultimate Screenshot). Previously it was set to "Move messages to SPAM Folder" but I am guessing that the email filters will not affect anything already in SPAM.
The other screenshots are of various filters I have created but I guess I was expecting SPAM already in the SPAM Folder to be moved to the Trash folder.
Having said that some emails were still getting through to the Inbox.

None of the filter rules with multiple Conditions will be matched because all of them must be matched. To correct this select Apply rule if all conditions are met and then from drop down list Apply rule if any condition is met, as highlighted below:
How are you planning on handling the spam messages now being delivered to your Inbox after select E-Mail > SPAM Settings > Turn off all SPAM filtering?

I also receive these same spam emails, at least 10 each day since February 20204, they just seem to repeat all the time. I use filters and set up a folder called crapspam.to store them, currently 2422 spam emails this year thus keeping the inbox less cluttered.
There are at many variations of the sender email address, so I use one filter to list them all using the domain part of the emails only as the sender name changes each time.
I have my spam filter set to tag as spam and put in the inbox.
The emails originate from servers in Spain, the companies listed in the email are not registered in the UK although they show a UK address.
I think it may be a bot sending these as they come even during the night.
I would not advise to click on any links in these spam emails.

Recent spam emails arriving most days,
I checked out the sender address and here is what I found-
switiacy.net Reviews | check if site is scam or legit| Scamadviser
Switiacy.net Review Legit or Scam: Suspicious Website | Score: 16
Spam.org - Registry Complaint - switiacy.net
These unknown swictiacy.net spam emails are still coming, so best to filter them out in email settings.
Another different spam scam is a free medicare kit from Aviva insurance, there is a warning on the Aviva web site not to type in your bank details for the postage, the sender email address was invalid, they put a link to click on.

I checked the email header and the emails from the Redestel network in Spain are envelopes from the Sparkpost email service.
SMTP envelopes
SMTP (or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is the communication protocol for email transmission. SMTP envelopes tell email servers where to send the emails to, where email clients read the email headers and body to display to the user. For the purposes of email delivery, the servers are only concerned with envelope information — not what the headers say.
I also get sparkpost spam emails on some of my other genuine emails, so although a genuine company which provides genuine email newsletters which I receive myself, it can be used by spammers to send spam emails via envelopes which provide the email address the sender wants to use which are actually unverifiable, so may be spoofed.
