Deleting old email address

Hi, my old blueyonder email address has bee hacked and I want to delete it.  I see other people have got help through this board, can you help me too.  I’ve tried the live chat and the phone line with no success

Sorry to hear about the issue faced with your email, can you confirm if this is still linked to an active Virgin Media account or not? With this as well you can go about reporting the email hack via our website here.

Hi Joseph, no I am not linked to a virgin account.  I believe these old email accounts should have been closed by virgin but this has not happened and my account has been compromised
