Deleting old blueyonder email accounts please

Hello

Like some others I have seen on here I want to delete old blueyonder email accounts completely

I have a current Virgin media account and the blue yonder is linked to an older account which is closed so I can't access it to manage it

Can someone from Virgin media help me with this please
