Deleting all email addresses after closing VM account
Hi, I changed my ISP on 16 November 2024 to another after over 25 years with VM (as Ntlworld prior to that) mainly due to cost and the lack of interest in offering what others were/are. I have tried to delete both my Primary and secondary emails but with no success. How do I contact VM directly to request that this can be done?
From their website, you just keep going round in circles and getting absolutely nowhere!
I have transferred all my existing emails to my new ISP and informed all my contacts of the new email account while at the same time forwarding continuing emails as well (most of which are spam). Whilst I can send any remaining VM emails straight to spam, it still means I have to periodically check to make sure that there are none there that are not spam.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
