Delete blueyonder account

I need a blueyonder email deleted asap as I am getting threatening emails from it as it's been hacked. I cannot access my account any more , thanks in advance

    I've tried all the suggestions.  ie go to my.virginmedia.com account settings and should see the relevant account listed.

    But I don't see that option it just goes round in circles.  My blueyonder email account has been hacked and I can't find out how to stop them.
