Closure of virgin.net email account

I also have been caught out by virgin media closing my virgin.net email with little warning. I have been with Virgin media in excess of 20 years and still remain a customer . I used virgin.net email as my main email.

I also have an ntlworld.com email .

Is it possible to get the missing emails since the closure of the account transferred .

We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the email account.

Just to clarify for us please, are you now able to use the .net email account?

If so, are you asking if we can recall any emails that may have been received during the period between the email account being closed and then reactivated?
