Hi,
I'm trying to change my ntlworld email password, the account is active, but it doesn't appear on My Virgin media profile. I can't add it as I thought I knew the password, but I was wrong.
When I try logging in using the ntlworld email address, it wont let me?
I've tried most of the suggestions from the threads, but haven't had much luck.

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums. I am sorry to hear you have been having issues with your email address. So we can get a better idea of what the issue could be, can you let us know if you have moved recently? If so we would need to transfer your email address from that account to your new account. Please beware emails are normally deleted after 90 days. Please keep us posted on this.

Hi Zoie,
I'm still at the same address.
I'm still using the email address, I've just forgotten the password on my ntlworld account.
It is still linked to my Virgin media account as that's where my Virgin bill is sent.
