Last night I received emails saying my password on my virginmedia email account had been changed aswell as my secondary email.
I’ve contacted VM but they keep telling me they can’t find my email. I’ve had this email for around 14 years.
I have no access to this email to reset the password.
I NEED access to this email and don’t know where to go from here. VM support are awful.
Any help appreciated.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your email address and thank you to newapollo for their help so far here. Just to confirm is this email attached to a current and active Broadband account with us?
