Can't sign in to Virgin email on PC (Firefox)

Can sign in to Virgin email on Android Tab/Phone .....so all is OK there.

However....once again, I'm signed out of of email via Firefox on PC.

Have disabled FF Browser extensions....as this worked for me the last time this problem arose....but still cant get access. I enter email address...then proceed to enter password, and NO response at this point...password fails to 'enter'....button does nothing. 

Ideas please???

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with accessing the mail on Firefox. 

Can you try and alternative browser to see if this produces the same error? If it does, please log in to My VM and scroll down to Mail and see if it allows you to access the mailbox that way.
