Hi. My mum cannot access her Virginmedia email account. I thought it was just a case of redoing the password but the email account is not being recognised. I have seen posts on here to help this. Please can you help?

VM staff might be able to help, but only if the email account is attached to a current Virginmedia broadband account in the same name. Is it?

Thank you for confirming for us @madred is the account in her name or your own?
Are you or she able to log into My Virgin Media at all?
