After months of problems accessing my email through the VM website, I've changed my PW yet again and managed to get in. However, it's not possible to actually compose an email or to reply to one. Just a blank box. I suppose Virgin could say it's an improvement, but not much of one. Anyone else had this problem please?
(I've already changed the domain name to Gmail as instructed.)

Sorry to hear about the issues with sending emails, just so we can clarify are you able to provide a screenshot of the reply box (excluding any sensitive data) so we can gain a further understanding?

When I receive an email when I go to reply my keypad won’t open if I open a link and try to fill in details again my key pad won’t open driving me MAD
