Help with Composing emails

I have been trying to send an email, but its not responding..

Can anyone help with this please.

..its happened the last few days, and very frustrating that I cannit send emails.

    What's happening exactly when you try sending an e-mail? Also, are you experiencing the same problem both via webmail and an e-mail app like Gmail, Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook?
