Can't compose emails

When I try to compose or reply to an email the page won't load up ?

    Can you post a redacted screenshot of what you see when compose / reply fails?

    We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with the email service.

    Are you accessing this via our web mail page or via an app?

    If this is via web page, could you please try a different browser?
