My blueyonder account was active until Saturday when all of a sudden it stopped allowing send or receive.
I moved from virginmedia 6 years ago.
I cant resync, I cant sign in. A lot of stuff goes here. What has happened and what can I do to rescue?
I have checked and the email is still valid. Emails I send to it are not bounced back.
How can I restore this please?

Hi Robpz,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
I'm very sorry to hear about the email address not working now.
It sounds as though this address has been or is in the process of being closed.
When a customer leaves ourselves we do advise that any email address will be closed within 90 days.
I'm unsure why yours kept on past that point, but we wouldn't be able to reactivate this sadly.
