I have always been the one to log into VM to pay our broadband bill. However, I personally moved my email address away from blueyonder to Outlook as my old dial up email kept flagging as spam. My husband, kept his email account. Our computer has spectacularly died tonight and as a result he no longer has access to his email account. I logged into VM but the only information stored is my old blueyonder email details, it will not recognise his details. I waited 1 hour on chat for someone to talk to me but to no avail. Is there any hope for him to recover this email account or has it gone for good?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
First off all we hope you can get a new computer and haven't lost any personal information, pictures, videos etc.
From what you have described it sounds like your husbands email is a secondary one set up alongside your main one.
We have changed the way to view email accounts via outlook now.
When you get a spare minute can you have a look at the guide here
Then let us know if you have any issues after that.
