Hello, my step dad's Blueyonder email address has been hacked and the hacker has changed the password. We're having a really hard time finding any help so that he can reset his password and regain control of his email. And understandably it is very worrying that his email has been hacked.
Please can someone advise who can help with this? I live chatted with someone earlier and they said that the password had been updated but we weren't able to log on with the new password. I'd like to escalate this and get it resolved as soon as possible.
Thank you

So is your step dad the VM broadband account holder or is the broadband account in someone-else's name?
If he is the VM broadband account holder then one of the Forum Team (Virgin Media staff members who support this forum) can look into this problem for him.
However for security reasons the Forum Team will need to discuss this directly with him so ideally he will need to set up his own forum account and post on this thread. He can use any email account to set up the forum account - it does not have to be a VM email address.
One of the team will respond to this thread in the next day or so and take the details from your step dad via the forum's Private Message (PM) facility.
