I've had an email from VM to my main email address saying "We’ve identified you as being an additional My Virgin Media account user. We’re letting you know that we’ll stop supporting your online account on 06/12/2024."
What are they saying - is my main email address to be deleted?

I received an email to my main email address that I have had for years and years (a blueyonder.co.uk a/c) saying
"We’ve identified you as being an additional My Virgin Media account user. We’re letting you know that we’ll stop supporting your online account on 06/12/2024."
I had to change my a/c email address to a gmail one "for security" in the last month which I didn't understand but is this the end for my blueyonder account? I have been and remain a VM customer for many years so am not following this move by them.

Is this email address attached to your broadband account? If not, you need help from VM to link and protect it.

Thanks - how should I go about that, do you know?

Hi @Mickrick1
Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry for the confusion over the email received.
I'll send you a PM now to assist further.
Best wishes.

You can check in your broadband account if the email is linked. But looking at the other very similar posts this morning there seems to be a wider issue.

Just been on to VM who confirmed that my main Blueyonder email address will be deleted in a few weeks - unbelievable! All emails will be gone!
