Virgin Media in explosive news story on Monday

I have it on impeccable authority that Virgin Media Ltd is the subject of an explosive investigation that will be published in full on Monday.

The incendiary claims will expose its arrogant and "couldn't care less" approach to the safety of its customers and their families.

There is still opportunity for it to do the right thing. Let's hope the story encourages it to do so (but I won't be holding my breath).

If you still have a legacy VM Booster of the type described in the article (white and brick shaped - not the hexagon shaped ones) return it immediately to VM by prepaid postage with a quick note explaining why (and requesting a refund should you wish to) via this link

https://www.yodel.co.uk/returns/virgin

Please update this thread with your experiences of the Booster and share this link with friends and colleagues who might also be affected.

Thanks to ISPreview.

VM's response now public here:

UPDATE: Meh, posted this in a different thread yet it ended up here lol

VM says it's all fine in their official response and that black power sockets or fire or sparks are not dangerous. Must be fact then. What if the people were not there to take action?

It's your typical comment from Vermin Media, deny anything is wrong until too late to save the PR, bottom line $ comes first
