Totally sympathize how you feel, I've been in the virgin billing roller coaster for months, endless promises it will be sorted but never is, wish RB would look at some of the messages in here, but he doesn't care any more than his Cust service teams do good luck

Richard Branson has very little to do with Virgin Media - Liberty Global have a licensing agreement with the Virgin Group for the use of the brand name.
