Onshore Customer Service

Good afternoon, does anyone have a UK contact telephone number for customer services or thinking of leaving us.

I have a serious concern with VM and exhausted speaking to offshore VM as they do not understand the account, circumstances and basic English.

When VM offshored everything, VM went down hill considerably.

It's the luck of the draw where your call ends up with VM.

You are more likely to get useful help on the forum either from the VM forum team or other forum users.

You may not get a VM reply here in 'Community Natter' though as VM people don't often reply on here. If you are able to expand on what the issue is, you may get some advice on this topic in this forum from other forum users.

Alternatively, repost your query in another suitable VM forum of the VM community (related to what your issue is about) and provide a bit more detail. Normally the VM forum team expect to see an outline of the issue when they get to the topic. They can then decide whether to provide info in the public topic or take the query to a PM.
