I officially became a Virgin Media customer on the 20 May 2024, when the €100 One4All Card was on offer with 1GB Broadband. When and how will I receive this?

I have already contacted VM twice in connection with this. I was first of all told it would be sent when I paid my first bill, which I have since done. I am now on to my second bill and still no One4All card. I called 1908 yesterday and was told that it would be passed to the relevant department. I later received a copy of my contract via email, but nothing about my query. So contacting VM hasn’t helped. Is there anything else I can do? My contract was agreed over the phone with a lady from the call centre that n Limerick.
