I raised a complaint on 9th May. They said they spoke to me today and resolved complaint. They have not spoken to me.

Complaint about what? Was it Broadband, TV, Phone or Mobile. VM Mod don't monitor this section of the Forums, so it needs to be moved somewhere else.

Just complain again. And keep complaining until you get a satisfactory answer.
