Is NHS 111 a free number on Virgin. I cannot see it in the table of charges, 101 is there but not 111

It is indeed missing from the price list. Logic would suggest that it is free (as per 101). BT does list it and doesn't charge for it.

111 is free from a landline or mobile phone in Great Britain.

Many thanks for this, where is it documented that it is a free call?

It does say here https://www.londonambulance.nhs.uk/calling-us/calling-111/

It should be listed in the price guide PDFs that every telecoms operator has on their site (VM being no exception), but as an immediate answer...
