Hello, Im moving flats and unfortunately there is no fibre optic on the new one. Fastest one i can get is virgin. Saw lots of terrible reviews about customer service, some services on different areas vary. Just want to ask if anyone here in kingston near the train station has virgin and how is their experience? Its either virgin or any other 70ish mbps broadband. Thanks

VM does not score highly for customer service (see Trustpilot). When the VM service works, it general works OK/well. If you have to interact with the company for any reason it can often be an unhappy experience.
You might be able to get a general idea of the service in the local area from VM users in Kingston but probably the most relevant people to ask would be your new neighbours who are VM users in the building containing your new flat. That said, an individual VM connection can be poor for a variety of reasons even when others nearby are good so any information you do pick up is nothing more than indicative.
Probably the most relevant thing to know, if you are a new customer, is that new installations which involve installing a cable are an area of regular complaint on here due to delays in installing.
Do you know if your new flat actually already has a VM cable installed?
In any event, make some backup plans for how you will connect while you wait for VM to be installed, if you decide to go with VM, and if a delay of any kind crops up.
